  • Once an order is processed, it is handed over to the carrier for shipping.
  • We do not guarantee processing or shipping times during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery estimates vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days

Tracking & Order Status

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 2 days for tracking updates to appear.
  • If your tracking information is not updating, please contact the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Kurohebi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the carrier has taken possession of the package.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to a customer error, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
  • If you need to correct your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
  • If you need to update your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
