Refund policy

At Kurohebi, we take pride in the quality of our products and the uniqueness of our designs. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Damage caused by improper handling or washing.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at support@kurohebi.net with the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. A brief description of the problem.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations can only be made within 10 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
